Convert PDF documentation to create a BIM model at this commercial project at 13845 N Scottsdale Rd. We concentrated on duplicating and refining the design, where Revit modeled the architectural and MEP elements at LOD 300. To deliver a coordinated and usable digital model for renovations, facility management and coordination thereafter.

PDF to Revit Modeling: We converted the static 2D PDF drawings into 3D BIM detailed model. It consisted of 3D modeling of all the architectural and MEPs with precise information helping to eliminate spatial confusion and better visualization.

Client Feedback Incorporation: This model was customized to fit with the way the teams operated and their needs to produce documentation, with client feedback being collected and applied regularly.

Project Challenges
